I bottled my apple and prune TC over the weekend and added 2 litres of prune juice to the old yeast in the demi-john.
I also tried the strong tea addition for the first time.
Next is 500g raisons....
THEN I AM STUCK.
what type of juice do you think would go well with this,(i am getting bored with apple).I was thinking of topping up with OJ but am open to suggestions!

Get yourself down to Asda (in that concrete brick we know of as a shopping centre), they're doing a special on juices at the moment, 4 x 1 litre bottles for 3 quid. Loadsa different flavours! I'm planning some Forest Fruits TC and also Exotic Fruit TC... Should be luvverly!

Nice to see there is more than one brewer in the area.
I am stocked up with ingredients atm but normally get my juice from Larry Lidls in Hawkinge.
