Session TC

I've come to the conclusion that I need to brew a weak TC for supping on days like today. I'm thinking 3-4% but I don't want to sacrifice flavour, any ideas?

Thinking outside the box a little: use your usual brew, but mix with lemonade?

Diluting it before fermentation is probably your best bet for that. You'd probably need to trial some brews to see if your end product isn't too thin so you'd have to do a few brews and report back ...such hardship!
Planning - Not for a long while

Fermenting - I'm Done

Bottle Maturing - Hobgoblin, Fullers ESB, American Stout, TOP, Fullers London Porter, Bandini Black IPA

Drinking - Still...Whiskey

i'd say try and make it pretty fizzy by using a high level of priming so that you can then dilute it with apple juice without losing too much fizz. that way you'll still get lots of good apple flavour but a weaker session brew.

Good ideas there, I can see several brews going on after pay day.

if you dont drink it fizzy just stop the fermentation when ever you want with a canden tablet.you could choose exactly what % you want it to be.
