TC Question (new to brewing)

Ok,
I have read a bit on TC and was wondering if this would work. I was in Netto today and noticed cheap apple juice 51p pre litre. I checked and it has no preservatives in it. Whats the best way to brew it? I was thinking a demijohn with 500g of sugar or half a jar of honey and some champagne yeast. Do I need to ad a cup of tea or will the apple juice and sugar be ok?

that should be great, as for the tea I don't normally bother try it both ways see what you like
