Alcholic apple flavour Tea

OOps! Thats what you get from being in a rush.

Put on my first TC on Sunday using a recipe I read on here somewhere.
Obviously I didnt need to reference back to the recipe because of my fantastic memory.
Well checked on it today out in the brew shed.
Lovely smell of tea.
Put a strong (3 bag) full mug in my DJ of AJ.
I'll let it run it's course anyway but am not expecting much

Oh well lesson learned I hope

I'd say don't judge it too soon.

Hey, bottled this today and no big tea flavour or smell.
Tastes pretty good from the DJ but very dry, went down to 994 with the champagne yeast.
Give it a few days and give it a proper taste and report back.

Hey lads, have to update this.
8 days after bottling and this is fantastic.
Seriously very very drinkable, a little on the dry side and a little under carbonated( I had a few coopers carb drops around and added 1 per pint and left in the shed, warm in the day cold at night, expect to carb up better over time)
But If I got a bottle of this in an offie I wouldn't ask any questions.

Off to Lidl tomorrow for enough juice for 23l ;)
