Ginger Beer (alcoholic of course)

Google Canadian Dave's ginger beer. Got recommended to me by the plumber round my house recently.
Very easy to make, very tasty.
Bit lively though, you need to release the gas quite a bit.
For bottles I went to tescos and bought 15x2litre bottles of budget water at 10p each.
I reckon the whole lot cost me less than £8.00.
Well worth it with the summer upon us

"
I added 1 tsp. finely chopped Habenero Peppers to one batch - was excellent taste and good for clearing sinuses!!!
I have been making this for years, many of my friends are now making it too."

I wonder how many of his friends have died from expolding head syndrome
