EDME lager in to san miguel

Just started 32 pints of san miguel,from a EDME lager kit.
The recipe is by DAVE LINE, BREWING BEERS LIKE THOSE YOU BUY. very good ,
At summer time.

the book looks good - i've just ordered it from a well known online retailer.

i'll be interested to know if your brew does taste like san miguel! do report back !

I brewed that recipe years ago, shortly after the book came out. It was nothing like San Miguel but it did produce a drinkable beer, especially if chilled before serving. I might not be too keen on it nowadays though.

I've made san miguel by useing EDME lager kit's lot's of time's,it is a drink well worth making.
it's as good as the real thing,for a clone beer, to dave line what a great book.
