Been reading quite a bit about adding the above to sweeten TCs.
When is best time to add it and how much?
I don't want sweet cider - just something to take the edge of it for those who look like they are chewing a wasp when they drink it!

depends on how you're gonna finish it and keep it i.e. bulk or bottled etc, carbonated or flat and so on.......

I normally just transfer to bottles after fermentation is finished and add a splash of AJ to prime.
Thinking i should add a spalsh along with the AJ??
