ingredients,for 1 gal.
1lt of grape juice.
1lt of fruit juice. ( your choose the flavour)
800g of sugar.
3lt of mineral water.
1tsp of pectic enzyme.
1/2tsp of tannin.
1tsp of nutrient.
1tsp of GP yeast.
method:
put the sugar,tannin,pectic enzyme and nutrient in the DJ, with 2lt of mineral water and shake until the sugar as dissolved,
then add the juice's and the yeast, top up with Mineral water,fit airlock and ferment out.
my starting SG was 1.070
this is a easy wine to make for the first time.
