Gooseberry or Black currant recipe anyone

Has any one a well proven recipe for either or both Gooseberry or Blackcurrant, I have been given 3lb ish of each and wish to make a gallon of each.

I have some books somewhere but alas can't find them, some help would be most appreciated, Ta!
