Soda stream & sparkling wine

I saw Heston Blumenthal making sparkling wine on telly with a soda stream, I was in my local Comet the other day and they had a Soda Stream promotion on so I bought my self one, it says on the instructions to only use water but if Heston can do it so can I. You need to use a slight variation from the instructions cos wine has a lower SG than water, just put your wine in the soda stream bottle give it four blasts about 3 or 4seconds long and leave it to calm down and unscrew the bottle slowly and put the lid on, bobs your uncle you have instant sparkling wine, I put the wine in the bottle and chill it right down before adding any CO2. I have tried it with kenridge classic pinot grigio, sauvignion blanc and piesporter, the sauvignion blanc wasn't too good but the other two where really nice.
