WOW inspiration!

Planning some WOW and had an idea! :idea:
1ltr apple juice
2ltrs snow pear juice
1/2 kg of glucose syrup
water to 5 ltrs

also
redder than red
1ltr beetroot juice
2ltrs white grape juice
1/2 kg glucose syrup
water to 5 ltrs

any comments or thoughts?

what is snow pear juice, and were did u get it?

My first instinct would be to use more juice and leave out the water.

You can get snowpear juice from all supermarkets here in Thailand. It's like an apple crossed with a mega juicy pear,sweet and a little floral in the smell.When you bite one they are like crunchy apples but with the juice content of a very ripe pear!
You could try looking in an asian food shop.

Supermarket juice wines are better with 2 or 3 litres per gallon, recipe looks ok to me, I take it you'll be adding pectolase and maybe citric acid, tannin and glycerin?

yeah,I was going for 3ltr of juice.Glycerin,check! Citric acid,check! Pectalose? going for the pectic enzyme in papaya peel as it is easy to get here. :idea:
