after only 2 and a bit bottles ) I've laid off it a bit. Not the drink mind you just the Cider 
Anyway I had 9 or 10 bottles banished to the far reaches of the garage since then.
Last night I was feeling brave and reckoned I'd chance one.
I'll have to say it was a bloody nice pint and so much mellower than any TC I'd had before.
At this stage it's at least 3 months in bottles so there must be some truth to the rumor that a bit of ageing helps to produce a better product.
Time to get another batch on
