newbie question

I've just brewed my first batch of turbo cider to test out my home-rigged system (10 litre water cooler bottle, tube into a bottle of water). I added a bit of dark brown sugar and honey (maybe 500 grams total between the two) and pitched using bread yeast as it was all I had to hand. I got some decent foam going but never the insane rapid amounts i've been hearing on here. Now its on day 5 and its still a bit cloudy, with a small head (not much bubbling anymore) and maybe 1/4 inch of sediment. Is it time to move to bottles or a secondary fv or should I wait til literally all the foam is gone. Sorry if this is obvious. Just getting started :)

I would leave it another week anyway, but then I've never used bread yeast
