just before christmas made a brew, it was water, yeast, sugar, and i planned on bottling it with some soda stream coke flavouring.

THing is, its been in the DJ for well over a month after fermenting, will it still be ok?

Should be fine just rack it and add a campden tab unless you are going to drink it straight away.

water sugar yeast, yes i think so. Ill add the coke flavouring when i bottle it.


I want it to fiz like coke, so if i add camsten tablet, then finings, then add sugar, will it fiz?

I found using diet soda stream stuff helps a hell of a lot, they contain artifical sweetners that will keep ur coke sweet even after fermentation/primming has finished!
