I've got a small batch of TC conditioning, it seems clear to me that a similar method will make a nice bevvy using other fruit juice instead of apples, what other fruit juice results in a nice drink??
Anyway, here's a question. I was thinking of making another small batch of TC as I don't think the first batch will last till the spring! I primed the firstbatch with demerara so I'll see how that comes out, with a dash of splenda to take the dryness away. But, is there any sense in priming with fruit juice itself, possibly a different juice to give it a flavour? Or would it need too big a splash of juice to make it worthwhile? Has anyone tried orr shall I go ahead and experiment...??

I started two flavoured turbo ciders on friday, each batch has 8 litres of apple juice, one with 1 litre of red grape juice and the other has 1 litre multi vitamin fruit juice. I looked for flavouring juices with 100% fruit content the same as the apple juice. I am going to try to make them a sweet cider, looking at other threads I think I need to bottle at sg 1020 and then fridge after 24hrs. They are both fermenting on kitchen window sill. I will post when they have finished and had a taste, hopefully a week tonight.
