looks really good, so im going to get the stuff and make it now.

they use lalvin yeast, i dont have any of this and i dont know where to get it from. However, i do have allinsons yeast and youngs super wine yeast, which should i use?

went for the bread yeast, reading a bit and i think this is slower, but will leave it with more sweatness...

you should have gone with the youngs yeast

If you want it sweet, either keep feeding the wine with sugar/honey until it can ferment no longer and add as much sugar/honey as you need for the desired sweetness.

Or you could use non fermentable sweeteners, or use some sort of fermentation stopper when the wine tastes how you want it, or ferment dry, add the stuff, and then extra sugar to sweeten.

so now just leave it as it is and follow what they say in the guide?


can you add different yeasts for the fermentation? Ie like now adding the youngs yeast?
