cider oxidation

Post by delboy » Sat Apr 14, 2007 2:16 pm

just wondering does cider have to be in a co2 envionment just like beer when storing etc. In other words when kegging to a budget barrel should i purge the ambient air out several times like i would for a beer, or is not such an issue with cider (my s30 feels a bit light and will probably run out when i'm doing it)
Quick response from anyone in the know will be appreciated :D :D
