I guess it could be expanded to include other brews...

Fruit beers, wines, sloe gins, pickling jar spirtis like cherry brandy? (We should of course not go into home distilling which is both illegal and frankly dangerous... )

That sounds like a good idea to me!

Maybe we could start with a general purpose 'Winemaking and other stuff' forum (obviously I need to work on the title :D ).

Yup , I think that a general "Other brews" forum might be a good idea... If it becomes popular, I think you should be able to split it up and move the posts around... (Although you would know more about that than me... :D )
