Anyway - there is now a gas bubble appearing at the top of the polypin. Is this gases being liberated by all these chemicals, or is my yeast coming back to life?? i didnt degas it, so maybe its just residual gases leaving the brew..
My current plan is to leave it and watch and wait, but if it starts to balloon out, what can i do?? Im tempted to chuck even more sorbate and campden in... which i suspect wont work if its not worked so far.. (which i dont know yet.. if you get me..
