Coffee wine

OK, CJJB used Nescafe instant. I've not Googled yet, but all the recipes I've seen in the past use instant. Instant does not cross the threshold of this house, though I'm not a huge coffee snob compared to some. Can I make a coffee wine with the stuff I stick in my cafetiere? That's usually a Dowe Egbert's green label or red label or a Taylor's Italian or Hot Lava Java. Anybody want to guess what else ought to be in the recipe?

I used instant think it was Nescafe too, & it came out ok. Not my best brew but a good one for trying on friends when they come round.
