As to whether any of it will be any good I have no idea. Only on 3rd beer brew and 2nd Raspberryade (recipe as per post in here) so not an expert.

Where did you get Maraschino cordial from as love that flavour?

Good luck with the fermenting - but as was said, before starting in a big way I would do a few individual gallons first. Could be that you don't like the result, get fed up with all the work, and then you are stuck with all that equipment .....
