Left brew number four for ages and ages at the back of a little nook. I siphoned it off tonight and it's dry as foxtrot oscar with a slight haze. (No real taste of yeast taint).
My current ressurection plan is to add some apple juice to the entire batch and bottle it in the hope that this will restore some zing and sweets whilst forcing the last bit of yeast out of the brew via bottle conditioning...
Thoughts anyone???
I'd forget my head or in this case turbo cider...
