Hi all, made a John Bull cider kit a while ago, which turned out lovely, still have a few bottles lying about from like a year ago! Tried one with scottish heather honey and it was gorgeous!! Anyways been readin the posts about turbo cider i really want to give it a go, seems i need a demi john air lock and bung? i have all other stuff, but want to brew in a demi john as size is an issue to me in my house. ANy info greatly appreciated,

get a big plastic water bottle from the supermarket that will do the job and you get the water for free!

edit: and stuff some cotton wool in the whole

I go for sanitised tin foil over the top of the demijohn.
