A sachet of yeast will split quite happily across 2 demis, so I suggest you try both those recipes. Then next time try 2 different recipes. TC should be fun and experimental.
A cider yeast might be better, the wine yeasts tend to give a funkier flavour, but it's all good in the end.
You might want to add pectolase to ensure clearing, but many 'value' juices clear OK without.

Chuck it all in the demi, leaving a good litre headspace, pitch the yeast (rehydrating first if the packet says so)
3 or 4 days later top up the demi.
It'll be ready to bottle after 10 days to 2 weeks, depending. Hydrometer reading under 1005, say, or it's dropped clear.
Syphon into bottles with carbonation drops or 1tsp sugar per 500ml(or pint)
Leave somewhere warmish for at least a week, preferably 2.
Leave somewhere pretty cool for at least a week, preferably 2.
Have a taste.
The longer you leave it the better it'll get. The difference between "just about conditioned" (even though this is usually perfectly acceptable) and "aged" can be quit marked.
You'll probably not buy commercial cider again, except to harvest yeast from them (Old Rosie, for example)

My first attempt at tc got poured away for genuine fears of blindness. Unfortunately my wow seems to be heading the same way.

TC is hard to get wrong - it really is that simple :)

Check the ingredients before attempting to put any juice or cordial in a TC brew; many contain either Potassium Sorbate or Sodium Metabisulphate, or both - and will kill yeast stone dead (resulting in no fermentation or no carbonation, depending on when you add the cordial)

If you're after a lime twist in the brew, why not add the juice and peel from a few whole limes themselves ?

If you're set on cordials tho, add a shot of each at the time of SERVING.

Well my mixed fruit one finished and cleared quickly

I tasted it before bottling and was pleasently supprised

Forgot to take gravity reading at the begining, so just ignored it at the end

I done 1 carbination drop per my 500ml glass bottle & capped, put back into the room fermented in
I will leave it here for a week or two then I'll store somewhere cool for a week or so

I'll let you know how it tastes when done, I also started one using strawberry jame (pinto helped on pm)

I'll update that taste etc when done :)

Cheers for all the help guys
