Anyone tried using WLP675 Malolactic Culture in TC?

For any alcoholic brew that doesn't fit into any of the above categories!

Anyone tried using WLP675 Malolactic Culture in TC?

Has anyone tried using WLP675 Malolactic Cultures with a cider/TC to speed up the ageing/ maturing process?

I'm wondering if it would speed up the conversion of malic acid to lactic acid.
Malolactic Fermentation is the conversion of malic acid to lactic acid by bacteria from the lactic acid bacteria family. Lactic acid is less acidic than malic acid, which in turn decreases acidity and helps to soften and/or round out some of the flavors in wine

Never used it mate but it sounds interesting, keep us posted if you decide to give it a try, I would be very interested with the cider season not too far away.
