Evening all

I have a TC on the go at the mo which doesent seem to want to stop fermenting, I've checked the gravity to be 1000 or thereabouts but there is still loads of bubbles making there merry way to the top. Should i leave it to carry on or stop the fermentation as it was started at the beggining of last month. Reason is i want to bottle it and am worried they will explode

Bottle it..as there is little activity and the gravity is 1.000 it is nearly done/finished fermenting.
Do you know what temp it fermented at as over a month to ferment seems sluggish to me?
What and how much are you going to prime with for bottling?

Fermented steadily @ around 20+. Just seems to keep on going. Its
kept in my brewing shed which being outside changes temp from too
hot to cold but its been kept on a time controlled heating pad. Cant wait
to try it though!!!

I bottled my first batch in 500ml glass bottles last night, 30ml of apple juice per bottle.

When priming TC I use 1/2 teaspoon of granulated sugar but others on this forum tend to prime with 30ml of AJ per 500ml bottle so just double it up for your 1ltr pets(or try priming some with 40ml and some with 80ml and see how you like the difference in levels of carbonation

).

I tried that with mine on Tuesday night, got quite giddy towards the end.
