Not 'Rose' ... but Rose

Not posted for some time as Ive tended to move away from beer and more towards the country wine side of things however this may be of use to some of you..... Asda are currently selling KTC rose syrup in the world foods area, tried a few bottles and the stuff ferments brilliantly, Ive just finished 15 litres of Rose wine and its come out with a really nice subtle rose taste that would probably make a really nice ice cold TC... just add sugar to pick your SG and away you go, couple of quid for a litre bottle and Ive used 1.5 litres per gallon demi jon

Cheers Steve

Thanks Steve, I'll look out for this next time I'm in Asda. I've had varied success in the past with rose petal wine so I'm keen to give this a go :)
