It says it is sugar free, so probably not.
You can make wine from Birch sap directly from the tree, although I have never done it.

I have tapped Norway Maple trees in the past and used their sap as the water for two brews. The extra effort wasn't really worth it in my opinion. The taste is very very mild and once hops are in the mix the maple is not discernible.tickle wrote:anybody used tree sap to make a beer sap brew
