Maybe one for Lari this.
The Wildfowlers next to me can barely see through the red mist these days.
But when they do eventually run out of cartridges they bring it all home and I get my share.
Anyway I was presented with two huge pink foots yesterday and was thinking about how to cook them.
They are huge so only fit for stewing and I'm not planning on using anything other than the breasts and maybe the livers for a nice starter.
I'll stew one and enrich the gravy with brambles.
The other one I'm not really sure but I've just got a new barbecue for my birthday and, despite the heavy rain tomorrow I would really like to make it melting, sticky and untuous in there.
Any recipe ideas.
Thanks
