Made a lovely Chicken Korma last night
There was one problem having to clean all the wall tiles and floor afterwards, hahaha
I would not have minded but recently had new kitten done etc and the Curry was spitting everywhere.

Geezah's top tip: Line the cooker hob & walls with tin foil before cooking.

If you hold it at that angle there's no wonder it goes everywhere

Used two recipes to make the korma and then added other ing so the korma tasted the way I wanted it

Yes made a base curry with the korma, and funny thing is my kids hate onions but scoffed the korma down
