Proper Job. It does annoy me that all the commercial IPA's are only 5% and hardly what you'd call strong on the hops. How long will you condition it for Andy?

Wow, that looks great Andy!! I have made a similar recipe a few times, but I have a prob with aging it long enough! I have a tendency to consume it before I should!! :oops:
