Overnight Mash

To save some time I'm planning to do an overnight mash, is there anything I need to consider or is it as per usual?

Nice one. If I decided to sparge as well and leave the wort overnight in the boiler would there be any likely problems? I probably won't but its another process that could potentially be done.
