Go on then Daab. If my run off starts at 5.5pH and I monitor the run off, at what point should the sparge be stopped 5.7pH.....6.0pH ?????

I have seen the gravity go down to 1.006 and if I close the drian hole and let it settle for a few minutes the gravity will go back up to 1.010

Its a tough call but I am sure you can cast some light on this.
