what figure do i use for wheat malt potential extract?
i'm making a wheat beer tomorrow and i'm actually preparing for it and doing all the calculations today.
do i need to drop my efficiencies? i usually hit 75% ish but from reading previous posts about wheat beer efficiencies seem to be lower. i'll be using 50% wheat, 50% mo
and how much mash liquor should i use? 3 litres per kg?
