Forgot to add sugar, can I add it now.

I made a 6X yesterday, but have just remembered the sugar!
Can I boil up some of the wort and add it now, or just leave it and see what I get.

Just a word of caution!

My Brother made a Lager kit up a couple of Xmas's ago.

He added some sugar just as He went out to work.

Went off like a fire extinguisher just as He was about to close the door.

Took 1/2hr to mop up the mess.

I laughed My arse off which really pee'd Him off!

I add dissolved sugar mid ferment to all my HG Belgian style brews.
Its a good way to make temp adjustments if you dont have proper temp control.
Always produces good results.
