Torrified wheat question??

I'm brewing the following recipe but i don't have any wheat malt only Torrefied Wheat can this be used a substitute??

Bishops Farewell

25 litres
36 EBU,
4.6%ABV

Mash efficiency: 70%

4.2kg Maris Otter
365g Wheat Malt
35g challenger (7.2%) whole boil,
35g cascade (7.1%) last 15 min,
35g cascade at boiler off.

whats the difference in flavour and what temp do you think this should be mashed at

If too much is used it adds a dry, popcorn flavor that I despise. I wouldn't add more than 112g for an 18.9l batch.
