Im planning a brew for tommorow and i have a stack of different hops in the cupboards so im looking for a little guidance as this is only me 3rd ag so im still finding me feet
im planning on doing as follows on hop additions
at boil start 100grms challenger
30 minutes in 60 gms northern brewer
60 minutes in 40 grms northen brewer
90 minutes in 30 grms fuggles (flame off here)
any thoughts or alternative suggestions would be appreciated
