Fermentation temp for a wheat non-wheat-bier

Planning a wheat non-wheat-beer with approx
23Ltr
2300g MO
1kg vienna malt
1kg munich malt
500g wheat malt

yeast can be Munich, SO4, or Windsor.
my hop selection is challenger, bramling cross, northdown, first gold, bobek, fuggles
(open to suggestion what to sue)

Should I ferment this out cooler, or at my normal beer fermenting temps???

Go for the Munich yeast if you're looking for the fruity/spicy wheat beer flavour... 17/18C

Go with whatever hop you like... I would use Bobek or First Gold
