beer engine question

Post by sam c » Tue Sep 29, 2009 6:57 pm

in beer engine in the fermentable ingredience list which one of the sugars would best suit honey.

for example sugar invert syrup no 1 or sugar invert syrup no 2 ect.

i was thinking along the lines of what coulour it would be and how fermentable it is.

thanks

You could always 'Add' Honey in the 'Grain Editor' if someone could be kind enough to tell you the fermentability and colour etc of it.
Then you can add it to your Beer Engine recipe Ingredients properly :)
