Thoughts for adapting Old Thumper

Post by MrEnthusiasm » Fri Oct 30, 2009 10:08 pm

Hi All,

I currently drinking my own Sarah Hughes Ruby Mild and although not perfect (it lacks a bit of condition) it certainly tastes wonderful and my next door neighbour loves what he has tasted so far.

Millions of thanks to all on here who helped me out on my faltering steps to my first A.G. brew.

I quite fancy brewing Ringwoods Old Thumper next but with that certain day in December looming on the horizon I fancy giving it a bit of as spicy/fruity twist. The problem is I have'nt a clue as to what to use and how much to use and how it should affect the final brew.

Any suggestions gratefully received [-o<
