Just a quicky.

For brewing, say, 19ltrs of summer bitter how much carapils or malted oats should be used to increase a beers mouthfeel/body?

Drinking; Cherry Wit Beer, Rawaka Common Beer (very nice) and disapointing Fullers discovery clone

I nave just done a Christmas Cake brew of 25 litres. I made up the recipe with 100g 0f wheat malt and 300g of carapils. No idea how it will turn out, but it smell great :D
