First all grain recipe

hi guy`s

im trying all grain next week or so and in need of something simple and with simple hops ,maybe a lager :roll: or a easy drinking ale :=P but not to stronge on the taste (hops) a guzzler`s drink if you no what a mean,
has anybody got any ideas,recipes

main equipment:
5 gallon glass fermenter
boiler=plastic 10 gallon electric twin elements(homemade)hope it does the job :roll:
mash tun=32 litre cool box with ss mesh pipe

Well you cant go wrong with any of the pale ale recipes to be honest. I did a TT Landlord three times for my first 3 Ag's! They were all ace :D

Simple but tasty guzzling ale

(per 23l)

3500g Pale Malt
300g Crystal Malt
1 tin Black Treacle
25 IBUs Bittering Hop
Flavour hop if you want it, but not neccesary (you will have a mild, pleasant treacle taste anyway) - perhaps something like 10-20g EKG if you do.

It will be somewhere around 4.5% vol, and easy to session with.

I like to put vanilla pods in the boil and keg too, but that's up to you.
