hi is there a beer swap thread? i found one where you have given write ups on each others beer and this refers to a swapm thread? any idea? seems like a good idea.

Sounds like a great idea, but it would be a b***er to ship and i'm sure someone who has paid a lot of care into a lovely casked ale wouldn't be to happy to bottle it then send it on, god knows in what condition it would arrive!

Have you got a local homebrew club...?
