Mashing Temp Calcs

Anybody clever got a ready reckoner for how long it will take to bring cold water up to 76C for different volumes of water -say 7 gal to 12 gal using Hop and Grape 2 x 2.4kW system?

I do different brew lengths and am crap at note taking, so I end up with lots of hanging around on brewdays- either because the water hasn't heated, or because I have forgotten it and overheated.

I'm sure if I had paid attention in my O Level Physics class 35 years ago I could work it out for myself!
