immersion cooler help

my wife just made a new immersion cooler with 10mm microbore whats the best fittings to use the hose od is 15mm

I was thinking of a 10mm to 15mm copper connector

That's what I have done; 15mm to 10mm reducer, then 15mm pipe attahced to that with the hose pushed over the 15mm and held in place with SS jubilee clips. I then use hoselock connectors on the short length of hose to connect to the water feed hose. Works a treat for me with no leaks at all. :D

I used 10 to 15 compression fittings as the 15 thread takes the hoselock connector

Same as above, but, make sure the connections are not over the boiler. You don't want a leak going into your beer whilst you're not looking!

Have the ends bent over so they are outside the tank.
