wort problem
Re: wort problem
Hi,
You will be fine to pitch today or tomorrow, just keep it as air tight as you can, as with no co2 to protect it it is more susceptible to infection.
As for yeast today, I would start a new thread 'Leeds homebrew help today please' and I'm sure a friendly brewer local to you will be able to help out!
Good luck

Re: wort problem
If you were pedantic about your sanitation (post boil) you should be fine to pitch the yeast tomorrow, however you generally want to get it in there as soon as possible, so it can out-compete anything nasty that may have jumped in.
(I always try to keep an extra couple of packets of dry-yeast in the fridge, just in-case I encounter similar problems, its always good as a fall-back).
