two brews in a day

finaly got to try my idea of a two brew mash yesterday as mentioned in a previuos post .put grain in tun for two brews 23ltr each. after sparging boiled one brew .while that was doin its thing i steept 500gr of crystal malt in the 2nd batch and used a different type of hops for this one, also used all late hop additions plus two different yeasts so i should have two totaly different brews.normaly takes me 6hrs to do a brew this took 10hrs but this will come down with practice as i had a few cock up moments ...like forgetting to put the strainer back in the boiler after i empted first lot of hops out. if all goes well i only need to brew evey two months now.
