hi guys
i was wondering what adjunct i could use to give my next brew, a realy light coloured hoppy summer brew, body.
i've previously brewed the golden delicious from byobra and although nice was a little on the thin side.
i dont want to add to much crystal, so as to darken the finished product.
any body any ideas?
my local home brew shop suggested using flaked barley, is this possable?
any thoughts or comments greatly appreciated
thanks in advance

Surely you can just mash at a higher temperature, say 70c to get more body.

You can get very low colour crystal, mash warmer and use a lower attenuating yeast. That should give you something with more body/sweetness.
