Waiting for Christmas is easy !!!!

In comparison to waiting for a new brew to be ready. Yesterdays brewday was spent making a short brew of 19L with just Citra hops from the new stock in at the Malt Miller. It's safely in the FV now. The smell during the boil was just great and now taking a sneaky snifter of the FV and my tastebuds are just salivating with anticipation. I guess it'll be end Jan before I can properly sample this but I can barely wait. Just putting the spent hops on the compost heap this morning released a wave of aroma.

Happy Christmas to all, hope Santa doesn't disappoint.

Theres a good reason for having a good stock of beer. I have about 10 cornie kegs full at the moment, plus about 50 bottles.

I am never tempted to tuck into my beer to early, well maybe sometimes ;)
