Cleaning My Shineys

Post by cqout » Sun Apr 01, 2012 10:09 am

Hi

I have finally finished my build of 3v with a mix of gravity and pumped system and am nearly ready for my first brew - my question is what do people do with regards to cleaning shinneys before use - should I just wash them then use them or should I sanitize all he equipment first?

cheers :D

I use VWP on all of them from time to time, just letting them soak overnight then sponge off outside Other than that, I only sterilise the FV and anything else post boil like stirring spoon, jug and thermometer.
